Sitar prodigy Sanskrati Wahane was first discovered through a raw home video in 2016, filmed during a routine practice session by her father. Just 18 at the time, her command over the sitar stunned classical music lovers.

Now 23, Wahane is known for preserving the purity of raga and balancing gayaki and tantrakari ang—hallmarks of the Etawah gharana. She began playing at age five, propping herself up with a chair and pillow just to hold the instrument. She recently graduated with a degree in sitar studies and remains deeply committed to tradition.

Harkiret Singh Bahra, based in the UK, is a distinguished tabla player and devoted teacher. With roots deeply entrenched in classical training and a commitment to preserving the authenticity of the art form, Bahra’s rhythmic prowess resonates in both traditional performances and collaborative projects. His role as a cultural ambassador extends beyond the stage, as he actively promotes the beauty of tabla through workshops and educational initiatives, enriching the musical landscape in the UK. Harkiret Singh Bahra stands as a beacon in the diaspora, bridging cultural boundaries with the universal language of rhythm.

Each of his performances is marked by a deep understanding of classical music, combined with an innovative approach that brings a unique energy to the stage. His collaborations continue to showcase his ability to blend traditional and contemporary sounds, making him a standout artist.
