At the very inner core of our being, are seven wheel-like energy centres called chakras, where mind, body and spirit meet. They provide a complete formula for wellness and wholeness.
In this workshop, we look at how to balance our chakras with yoga, meditation, and crystal healing. A simple, yet beautiful yoga sequence (suitable for all levels) will focus on each chakra, balancing through stretching, deep breathing, and meditation, followed with a Yoga Nidra (deep guided meditation). All equipment provided but please bring something to write with for journaling / reflection.
