The Preston Mela is a vibrant celebration of South Asian culture that will see Avenham Park filled with the sounds of modern and traditional Bhangra music, dance and entertainment from around the world; GemArts are working in partnership with Preston City Council and Preston Mela to programme an exciting array of site specific performances, live art and workshops.
